FINAL Tackle Equipment and Jersey Fitting

Must bring deposit check or cash for loaner helmet only ($175) shoulder pads only ($55) both ($230) Date check 12/1/25 made out to AYFCA.  The tackle jersey fitting only just fill out the sheet with size no deposit as it is part of your registration.  Any jersey sheet not turned in from being fitted in person the size you ordered in registration will be the size we order for your player.
