All players in Aledo Youth Football must have "PRD" (Player Residency Designation) of either:

NCT Roster and Waiver Form - coach must complete this in numerical jersey order from lowest number to highest number and have all parent signatures on their players line and will take to weigh-ins (it was handed out to all coaches at the draft and must be signed by AYFCA at draft) AYFCA does not have NRP's or Special Consideration players so all player residency designations (PRD) will either be LI or ATT per above.  

Coaches will be given a player certification document for all their team roster (players photo is on it) parents must read and sign the form - Coaches will take these to weigh ins and they will be uploaded to shared drive for all leagues reference. Any player attending the late make up date weigh in must take their own player certification form to the late August make up weigh-in on the website calendar along with a $25 cash fee. The coach does NOT have to attend the late weigh in with late players.

Game Days Important Info from NCT Bylaws:

Only the Head Coach shall be allowed to discuss any game matters with an official.

(A)All Head Coaches are responsible for their parents, spectators, and anyone on their side of the field.

(B) All Head Coaches that are unable to maintain control of their sidelines are subject to being penalized by the game officials.

• 1st Offense – Verbal Warning

• 2nd Offense – 15-Yard Penalty

• 3rd Offense – Ejection from Game (Head Coach and Spectator(s))

Each team shall be allowed up to a total of (8) NCT badged sideline personnel. There is $10 fee for badges and they will be handed out to Head Coaches with game day jerseys. All badged coaches must complete and pass background checks - link to be sent to all once identified.  No badge will be handed out until backgrounds have cleared.

IMPORTANT EMAIL SENT TO ALL TACKLE PARENTS AND COACHES 8/14/24:

All Tackle Division Player Parents Please read this email in its entirety as NCT is requiring additional documentation this year that must be printed and taken this Saturday to team weigh-ins/certifications; EVERYONE must take a printout of Birth Certificates (Passports will work fine also)   ALL PLAYERS that are in 10/11U AND 6th GRADE TACKLE: You must also take proof of grade - this is important that you get what is needed from the Parent Portal for AISD or whatever your private/home school has to document your PLAYERS CURRENT GRADE now that school has started. It MUST SHOW both the players name and grade in the document printout.  Below are the steps required from Ascender to capture both the player's name and grade in the same image for you to print and take.  Note this only works well from a desktop computer but it can be done from some phone devices by turning it sideways.  The CLASS SCHEDULE Course has a numerical value that is the player's current grade.  Your player image will also be there as well as the name unless you are a new enrollee then the image may not be there but the player name will be.  You will then either right click to save as a pdf to print or image to print - whatever process works on your computer to capture and be able to print.   We apologize for the late notice but NCT has just added this requirement given many new towns to our league that do not yet have the player certification form process in place.   Again, EVERYONE brings the Birth Certificate (or Passport) AND ONLY 10/11U and 6th grade also bring proof of Grade.       Head Tackle Coaches will retain these documents after weigh in/certs in their coaches bag for all games along with the Player Certification Sheets.   Thank you!   AYFCA Volunteer Board
